WWI German Luger Holster
Offered here is a very interesting First World War German Luger Holster. This holster is dated 1915 and would have been issued during WWI. However like many holsters, this example was reissued to municipal police forces after the war. This holster received some period modification as well. At some point during the Second World War, this holster became the trophy of a proud GI, who attached his collar tab to the flap of the holster. It is difficult to say which modifications were made by the germans, or the American GI, but one of the belt loops was also period repaired. Very neat holster that has seen two world wars, leather is soft and supple, overall this holster is in excellent shape!
