WW2 German Iron Cross 1st Class Vaulted “L/11” Wilhelm Deurmer
Offered here is a very fine example of an Iron Cross 1st class. This medal was produced by Wilhelm Deurmer, as indicated by the “L/11” stamp on the reverse of the cross (hard to see). This medal was also nicely vaulted, meaning there is a curvature to it, and it hugs the uniform much nicer, one of the many variants one comes across while collecting these. Condition is quite nice with appropriate patina around the core and frame, very fine example!
