WW2 German NSDAP Eagle Pole Topper J.H. Schmidt & Sohne
Offered here is a very fine example of a WW2 German pole topper eagle. These were placed at the tops of flag poles and used during the many parades and ceremonies during the Third Reich. They’re made of solid aluminum, and typically RZM marked at the base. This one was produced by the J.H. Schmidt & Sohne firm. This one has all of the blackening rubbed off the swastica. These pole toppers are extremely desirable, and highly sought after by collectors for their striking appearance, and how they can set off any display. This eagle is in very nice condition, and correctly RZM marked, great opportunity to own an excellent example!
