WW2 US M1 Helmet FS/FB MSA Liner
Offered here is a truly exceptional example of a US M1 helmet. Not only is this helmet fully complete, has a very rare liner, in exceptional condition, but it also has a very nice and unique paint job in several areas. On the top of the helmet, and on one side panel there is what appears to be a faded blue dot. I am unsure what this meant, it’s likely only something that this owners particular platoon understood. On the other panel there is written “KING II”, I am also unaware as to what this meant. While seemingly impossible, I would not be surprised if someone could make sense of these and possibly ID this helmet. I could go on about how nice this helmet is, but I will let the photos do the talking! Truly exceptional!
