WW2 Era 1920's Imperial Japanese Visor Cap
Offered here is a very nice example of a pre-WW2 imperial Japanese visor cap. This visor cap was likely produced during the Taisho period (1920’s), and used in the Invasion of Manchuria in 1931 and possibly saw service in WW2 as well. What makes this cap really interesting would be that the solider wrote his name on the inside liner “Jinzou Nakamura”. There is a few spots with conditional issues, on the top peak of the caps crown the metal form has broken through the fabric, the same has happened on the back end of the caps crown. This amount of wear is certainly appropriate for a cap nearly 100 years old. A very nice original visor cap!
