WW2 German Luftschutz "Gladiator" Helmet
Offered here is a very fine example of the famous WW2 German Luftschutz helmet, often referred to by collectors as the “gladiator” Helmet. This particular example is in very fine shape, retaining the vast majority of its original paint. The front decal is also quite nice and nearly fully intact, the front decal is almost always partial on most examples you see. The inside liner, while brittle, is strong and fully intact as well. The painted marking on the inside rim is also quite nice and intact, typically they are damaged etc. Overall this helmet is a cherry example, and will look good in any collection!
